Hi there, my name’s Tristan and I’m a professional freelance illustrator scribbling out of my office in Melbourne, Australia.
Over the last 8+ years, I’ve been fortunate to work with some amazing clients such as Darryl ‘DMC’ McDaniel’s (Run DMC), Sony (Aus), Penguin Random House, Imagine FX Magazine, Kolex Digital Collectables, Fontaine Publishing (Aus), Mascot Books (US), Skid Row (US band), as well as a number of other awesome bands and musicians, authors, local councils, universities and publications.
I’ve illustrated over 30 children’s books, had art workshops featured in several international publications, worked with Crayola on a live draw-a-long, designed props for music clips and television (including TVCs for Mitre 10, Australian Dept of Education and Sony’s Jerome Farrah), drawn posters for films and animation, designed merchandise and worked on countless cover pieces and promotional art for bands.
The work doesn’t stop there though (I just needed to take a breath)! There’s also the indie video game art and assets – including promotional splash art, concept design and character art, Illustration work for trading cards, collectables and a number of Table Top games … and more! As you can see, I just like to draw, and any chance I get to work on something new and exciting – I’m all for it.
